NFF PRESIDENT GUSAU EXPRESSES COMMITMENT TO SUPPORTING THE NATIONAL U-20 TEAM AHEAD OF THE CAIRO 2025 AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS.
Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, president of the Nigeria Football Federation, has reiterated his commitment to supporting the Nigeria National U-20 male team’s success ahead of the 2025 Africa Nations Cup, which would be held in Cairo, Egypt.
NFF President Ibrahim Musa Gusau offered the assurance during an interview with SWAN members in Katsina while visiting the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, where the national U-20 male team is camping.
The NFF president was pleased with what he saw during the players’ last training match.
Ibrahim Musa Gusau stated that the players appear healthy, fit, and eager to represent the country.
He noted that the three-week camping period in Katsina will allow the players to prepare for the competition, which will take place in the coming weeks.
The NFF President used the visit to thank the Katsina State Government for hosting the national team throughout their stay, as well as the love from the state’s wonderful people.
